Chiropractic care entered my life when I began having headaches caused by tight neck muscles.  I was amazed that a chiropractor's help could change my symptoms and keep me well and active.

My career began practicing sports related chiropractic in Southern California.

In an attempt to address unresolved symptoms, I found alternative approaches to the spine named Network Spinal Analysis and Bio Geometric Integration.  This began my look into practical, unique and gentle ways of helping human nervous systems.

Most lately (for myself), I have resonated with practices of walking, qigong(slow moving physical exercises, and in the consciousness changing stuck and limiting patterns in thought, feeling and ways of being), meditation, writing, weight training and responsible, easy nutrition practices.

I enjoy helping others to investigate and develop relevant, robust, personalized self care practice.

I am a native of the Pacific Northwest, and received an Botany Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Washington and Doctor of Chiropractic from the Southern California University of Health Sciences.
